本届食餐会由商务部流通产业促进中心、湖南旅游发展投资集团有限公司（以下简称“湖南旅游集团”）共同主办，湖南会展集团有限责任公司（以下简称“湖南会展集团”）承办。展会以“促进消费 创新发展”为主题，紧密围绕“绿色、环保、安全、升级”理念，通过产品展销、对接洽谈、消费体验等形式，促进投资、贸易、消费等业态充分融合，为食品餐饮行业高质量发展搭建平台。
 The 11th CIFCE will be co-hosted by the Circulation Industry Promotion Center of the Ministry of Commerce and Hunan Tourism Development & Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “HNTG”), and organized by Hunan Conference and Exhibition Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “HCEG”).
